Proton Engineering designs and manufactures welding, installation and control fixtures and tools. We have eccentric and hydraulic presses for flattening and making holes with a pressing force of up to 160 tonnes. Our customers are world leaders in the automotive and engineering industries.
Our employees in our tool and fixture department have extensive experience of the design, development and manufacture of both fixtures and tools. Together with our customers we produce the fixtures and tools necessary for manufacturing the product in a cost-effective and quality-assured manner.
Examples of different fixtures include welding fixtures for robot and manual welding, control fixtures, leak-detection fixtures, installation fixtures and machining fixtures.
We also produce different tools for bending and end forming, as well as pressing tools etc.
We apply surface treatment according to the customer’s requirements and deliver the finished product directly to the customer.
