This is our new surface treatment that is called Black Metal.
As the name suggests, the surface, after this treatment, gets a black metallic colour which makes it really nice and modern.
"It is a Ni / Sn alloy in which during the manufacturing process, certain substances make possible for the surfaces to acquire this darker colour. We have worked hard to produce a successful outcome, " says Mr Moller who is the process technologies at Proton Finishing.
“We supply today Fritz Hansen Seven ® and Ant ® chairs with a great success. We have invested in the past year, along with Frtitz Hansen, in an entirely new process at our plant in Hillerstorp,” continued Pierre.

We hope that more and more shops will include the black metal surface for their equipment, which is both nice and effective.
