I can summarize our quality policy very simply – total quality. Apart from a good product, quality involves the right price, service, delivery assurance, lead times and actually also good claims management (in the unlikely event of a turn for the worse). Throughout all processes, procedures and methods we recognise a reduced environmental adverse impact as a core value . We will actively work for protection of the environment and prevention of pollutions according to valid environmental laws and regulations. We will achieve this by carrying out a continuous improvement work created in cooperation with our dedicated employees, customers and suppliers.
Collecting and recycling electronic products
We are certified according to ISO 14001. We are also members of El-Kretsen, where we, together with other manufacturers, are responsible for collecting and recycling electrical and electronic products. Learn more about El-kretsen..
Turning theory into practical action is absolutely crucial. We work continually on developing energy-efficient solutions. Our new downlight series provides a good example of what I mean. Down from 18 W to 14 W, and from 26 W to 17 W in pure figures.
And we are of course just as active within our own facilities. Energy-efficient “clean” manufacturing is something we continually work at. We are naturally certified according to ISO 14001, and we are also members of the “electrical circuit” where we and other manufacturers collect and recycle used electrical products.
