Courage, commitment, curiosity and clarity
There is a natural connection between our values and our history. In many respects we always swam against the current. We had the courage to believe in our ideas. We were both committed and curious. Curious about finding new solutions, or “undiscovered solutions” (it is not for nothing our mission statement says “Seeing the familiar through new eyes”).
Curiosity is the foundation of our creativity. Through creativity we create smart solutions. Solutions unique to Proton. It is largely a matter of entrepreneurial spirit, and in the end passion. Of taking an interest in our surroundings; seeing what can be done better. Sometimes we don’t quite make it, but that just spurs us on all the more. Proton’s will to grow is great, and we don’t just mean in figures. Growing as individuals and as an organization are strong motivations.
